Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a fantastic industrial look with high ceilings, located in the former test center of Philips light bulbs. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but lacking a proper closet. The staff is lovely and helpful, compensating for some minor inconveniences. The location is perfect for exploring the city, especially during the Dutch Design Week. The dining options are good, but slightly overpriced. Overall, a unique stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had some issues with cleanliness and maintenance, but the bathroom was exceptional. The service was a bit cold and lacked personal touch, although some staff members were helpful. The location was convenient, close to the city center and transportation. The dining experience was great with a wide variety of tasty options. The facilities overall were decent, but not outstanding.
I was pleasantly surprised by the room amenities such as the multiple power sockets, safe, and even an empty fridge for my drinks. However, the lack of open plugs for charging phones was a bit inconvenient. The decor felt outdated, not quite living up to the contemporary art hotel vibe it aims for.
The hotel is really convenient, being close to the city center and just 5 minutes from the station. The staff are lovely and friendly, making the stay pleasant. However, the room could use a bit more warmth and decoration. The continental breakfast was delayed, but the staff more than made up for it with their service.
The hotel is centrally located in Eindhoven, making it easy to explore the downtown area and nearby attractions. The rooms are spacious and modern, offering a comfortable stay, though the view might not match expectations.
